8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup shredded provolone cheese
1 cup chopped salami
1 cup chopped ham
1/2 cup chopped pepperoni
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup sliced black olives
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and fully combined.
Fold in the shredded provolone cheese, chopped salami, ham, pepperoni, green bell pepper, red onion, and black olives. Mix gently until all ingredients are evenly distributed throughout the cream cheese base.
Stir in the fresh parsley.
Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl. Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.

Notes
For a sharper flavor, substitute 1/4 cup of the provolone cheese with shredded sharp cheddar.
